Magnum DUI and Defensive Driving School, LLC is owned and operated by Vikki Voorhees Condrey and her husband James. They opened the school in 2011 to fulfill their desire to help individuals and families affected by substance abuse. They have a passion to educate and guide those affected by drugs and/or alcohol to a happier and healthier life. Vikki and James also feel no one should lose a loved one, so at Magnum, they want teens to learn the importance of seat belts and driving safe.

Vikki is a native of west central Georgia.  She completed five years in the National College of Music earning four diplomas in classical piano professional and one diploma in classical piano hobbyist. She then earned her diploma in Managing Cosmetology from Ohio State School of Cosmetology and currently holds a license in Master Cosmetology from the State of Georgia. She earned an A.S. in Business Administration from Bliss College in Columbus, Ohio and then completed a B.S. in Social Science with concentration in History, Political Science, and Cultural Anthropology from Columbus State University in Columbus, GA.  Vikki went on to complete her Post Baccalaureate in Middle Grades Language Arts, Elementary and Middle Grades Art as well as Middle Grades Social Studies at Columbus State.

Since 1993, Vikki has taught adults and children of all ages and cultural backgrounds. She has also tutored students in reading and writing, and taught the Adult GED Program in Language Arts and Writing at the Adult Learning Center in Dawson County.  Vikki has also taught survival skills, camping, cooking, and life skills in scouting for 17 years. She helped boys achieve goals and task leading to state and national awards.

Vikki is a professional teacher as well as a professional Cosmetologist. She is a certified teacher with the State of Georgia, holding certification in Middle Grades Social Studies, Driver Training, and Risk Reduction.  Vikki’s career consists of being a Cosmetologist, Teacher, Support Therapist, Speech Therapist/ Artist, Cake Decorator/Caterer.

Vikki is currently the Director of Lumpkin County Adult Literacy Program. She owns and operates a full-service salon in Dahlonega. Vikki is a member of the Georgia Association of Defensive Driving and Risk Reduction Educators and the Dahlonega Woman’s Club. She is active in the Chamber of Commerce and attends Dahlonega United Methodist Church.

Vikki and James reside in Dahlonega.  They have two children and two grandchildren.
